During this meeting, Brian Mazanec, Deputy Assistant Secretary, Director of HHS Coordination Operations and Response Element and Acting Director for the Center for Preparedness, provided an update on funding distribution for Fiscal Year 2025 / Budget Period 2. Afterwards, Jennifer Hannah, the Director of the Office of Health Care Readiness, shared guidance from ASPR Grants Management regarding H5N1 additional funding and discussed the Fiscal Year 2025 Hospital Preparedness Program Funding Formula. Jennifer continued the webinar with an update on the Fiscal Year 2024 – 2028 Hospital Preparedness Program Performance Measures before transitioning to a presentation on the launch of the Hospital Preparedness Program Cooperative Agreement Community within the ASPR Cooperative Agreement Accountability Management Platform (CAAMP). The CAAMP support team led a live walk-through of the system, followed by a short presentation from Michelle Hill, the ASPR CAAMP Champion from Region 7, who shared her initial perspective on and reactions to the new Hospital Preparedness Program Community within ASPR CAAMP.

Afterward, the ASPR Cooperative Agreement Accountability Management Platform (CAAMP) Hospital Preparedness Program support team led a live walk-through of the Work Plan and Budget Template form within CAAMP.
