COVID-19 Treatments

There are treatments that may help reduce how sick you become if you get COVID-19. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized treatments that have already been taken by millions of people, reducing their COVID-19 symptoms and keeping many of them out of the hospital.

In addition, a preventive therapy called Evusheld may help people with a weakened immune system avoid serious symptoms of COVID-19 if it is taken before they are exposed to COVID-19.
