Gary Disbrow, PhD: The commitment of Project BioShield shows what the government and private industry can do together. BARDA has supported 27 products under Project BioShield. We've added 15 products to the Strategic National Stockpile. And, ten of those products have earned FDA approval with others available under FDA's Emergency Use Authority. In 15 years, that is unprecedented. And with recent legislation and new initiatives, we're poised to build on that success for years to come.
