ASPR staff are called to act during no-notice events while faced with a variety of unknowns. Personal and organizational preparation and resilience will enable the ASPR workforce to continue to face current and future challenges. In addition, ASPR will ensure that our other non-personnel assets are regularly maintained, upgraded, and meet the requirements necessary to keep our teams protected and safe in any situation.
Objective 4.2 Key Milestones:
- Regularly review, test, and upgrade equipment and systems that our teams rely on.
- Institute data standardization practices and data management best practices to harmonize data across systems, improve analytics, and enhance productivity.
- Apply continuous improvement and quality control to internal ASPR communications, including for deployed and deployable teams.
- Establish workforce resilience policies and provide employee wellness tools to ensure a productive and healthy work environment.
